At the cutting edge of family law for over 30 years, Family Law in Partnership was the first firm to unite lawyers, therapists and mediators under one roof - building a collaborative model that saw the whole person, not just the legal issue. That philosophy continues today and we combine deep expertise with empathy, designing solutions that protect both people and relationships.

Our team includes some of the most respected practitioners in family law - leaders in all forms of NCDR as well as complex litigation. Everything we do stems from partnership - with our clients, with each other and with the wider professional community - and is driven by a common aim, for family law to be a source for progress, rather than unnecessary conflict.

We are seeking to expand our team with the addition of a newly qualified Family Law Solicitor who is driven to provide clients with calm, clarity and confidence. This will be a full-time role providing support directly to our clients, as well as to the directors and associates. You will also be actively involved in networking and business development.

We are looking for a person who can demonstrate a passion for dealing with family matters. The successful candidate will have an excellent record from when they were working in this seat and will be able to show where they have gone above and beyond what was required for their training contract in order to develop their skills and knowledge in this area of law.

We aim to make FLiP an enjoyable, supportive and rewarding place to work, providing plenty of opportunity for you to develop your career.
