Resolution Life is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Reinsurance in London to structure, negotiate and execute complex reinsurance and related insurance growth transactions. You will work with the business and other group functions, including external counsel, with significant exposure to transaction structuring and strategic initiatives.
The role reports to the Head of Reinsurance Transactions & Senior Legal Adviser, Resolution Re, and requires 7+ years PQE with England admission.
