This role plays a key part in driving the continued growth of Resolution Interiors. It is responsible for generating new business revenue by identifying, pursuing, and converting targeted sales opportunities across the company’s key markets.
You will take ownership of the full front-end sales cycle, from market targeting and prospect engagement through to securing instructions, delivering a personal new business target of approximately £2–3m per annum. This is a sales-led position, focused on developing new client relationships within a targeted B2B environment. Success in the role will come from building credibility, demonstrating strong commercial insight, and engaging effectively with senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- New Business & Sales Delivery
- Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities aligned to company strategy, delivering agreed revenue and pipeline targets.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and contract award.
- Build and maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline with effective forecasting and reporting.
- Client & Market Engagement
- Develop senior-level relationships with prospective clients, consultants, and influencers to position Resolution Interiors as a trusted partner.
- Lead meetings, presentations, and capability discussions focused on securing new opportunities.
- Represent the business at selected industry and networking events to build market presence and generate leads.
- Bid & Opportunity Development
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operational teams to shape bid strategies and commercial approaches.
- Provide client insight to support tenders and negotiated opportunities, maintaining engagement through to appointment.
- CRM, Reporting & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track performance against targets, and contribute to sales reporting.
- Ensure a structured handover of secured projects to operational teams, retaining strategic client relationships to support future opportunities.
