Operating within the Foundation since 2020, we have invested in 19 early-stage ventures and built an ecosystem of co-investors, partners and advisers to support their growth. In 2025, we created the WorkerTech Fund as a separate impact-first investment fund to continue investing in this area.

This role will be employed jointly by the Resolution Foundation and by Resolution Impact Ventures, the Fund operating company.
