An important role in the Agency is to identify and develop new business opportunities, to understand potential customer needs and to persuasively communicate how Resolution can help using a consultative approach. To guide customers through the client journey, from initial chat through to delivery of proposals and subsequent approval.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, a keen interest and understanding of modern marketing and located in Wiltshire or the Swindon area. Sales and marketing support provided.
- Respond to sales leads
- Research and identify potential clients
- Attend networking events and trade shows
- Approach prospects using LinkedIn, emails and calls
- Sell an initial chat, learn about clients, their current marketing and their needs
- Introduce our services & process and nurture the relationship over time
- Create proposals and gain approval
- Keeping the job system and sales CRM up to date

Qualifications & skills:
- Sales experience in consultative service sales
- Good knowledge of modern marketing
- Experience with Social Media - X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and others
- Good interpersonal, organisational, literacy & numeracy skills
- Polite, positive, honest and enthusiastic
This role requires a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
Package:
- Salary £30K plus commission, OTE £45K
- Pension - a contributory workplace pension scheme
