Backed by Europe’s leading early-stage venture funds, we’re experiencing demand that’s outpacing our capacity to deliver — which is why we’re growing the team. We are already post‑revenue and gaining traction across some of the world’s largest industries, and we’re looking for a UX Designer to help shape the future of a trillion‑dollar market from an early stage.

The Team & How You’ll Work

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with a small, cross‑functional start‑up team (engineers, QA, product & founder).
  • Clearly articulate design rationale to cross‑functional teams influencing direction and decision‑making.
  • Move quickly: design, test & iterate with a focus on learning and improvement.
  • Take ownership of end‑to‑end UX design.
  • Maintain and contribute to our existing Design Systems.
  • Contribute to shaping the design culture and processes from the ground up.

You Might Be Our Person If

  • You are a creative, big‑picture thinker who can imagine and design bold new product interfaces.
  • You are proficient in Figma (it’s our main design tool).
  • You understand the importance of modern UI design, and how to work collaboratively with UI designers to ensure success on both ends.
  • You are attentive to detail & precise when designing.
  • You have the ability to solve complex problems while collaborating with others.
  • You have great communication skills, are positive and motivated to push forward.
