Quality Inspector Key Responsibilities
- Requirement to be able to read technical drawings
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Be able to use measuring equipment in line with job requirements, e.g. Micrometre, Vernier, shadowgraph and gap/under head gauge
- Complete paperwork applicable to product
- Ability to verify that each process has been completed correctly and operations booked
- Use Syteline system to competently record conformance/non-conformance parts
- Lifting required up to a weight of 15KGs
- Be able to identify priority batches for sorting
What we’re looking for in a Quality Inspector
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications and use relevant measuring equipment
