We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Team Leader to oversee and motivate our customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, fostering a positive team environment, and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the customer service team to achieve high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Analyse customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
