The Reality of the Role
This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you are responsible for keeping vacancies filled and clients running.
Recruitment doesn't always operate within standard office hours — this role requires flexibility, including early starts, late finishes, and occasional out-of-hours/on-call support.
Deadlines are tight, priorities change quickly, and you'll often be working against the clock.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and outbound calls
- Screening CVs and interviewing candidates
- Filling vacancies to tight deadlines — often same-day or next-day
- Managing multiple roles, candidates, and bookings at once
- Handling last-minute issues such as no-shows, sickness, and cancellations
- Keeping regular contact with candidates to confirm availability and attendance
- Supporting consultants and ensuring client requirements are met
- Updating systems and maintaining accurate records _____________________________________
