Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the customer service team to achieve high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Analyse customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise customer experience across all channels.
- Manage escalations effectively, resolving complex customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and recognition of achievements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address operational challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive records of team performance, training activities, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven management or supervising experience within a customer service environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
