Capstan Setter Wolverhampton £14-£17.00 per hour We are currently recruiting for a Capstan Setter to join our existing team. We are a market leading manufacturer in Wolverhampton. Due to company expansion we are looking to expand our team. Your responsibilities will include: Producing high quality fasteners and machined components from either dimensional standards or engineering drawings. The ideal candidate will have the experience and confidence of setting and operating Capstan lathes and other conventional machinery with limited supervision. • Two years’ experience in Fastener Industry preferred. • Read and Understand Engineering Drawings. • Set and Operate Fette heads. • Set and Operate Coventry Die Heads. • Experience with Grinding and Forming tooling to required dimensions • Experience with Exotic Materials (Inconel, Titanium, etc.) • Knowledge of Inspection Techniques and Measuring Equipment. • Capstan setting and operating: 2 years (required) This is a great opportunity for a machinist to join a growing team If you feel you are the right candidate for the role, apply now
