Hello, we run two small businesses. One is an established Village Boutique in Surrey and one is a start-up global real estate business based in Surrey.
Both book-keeping, payroll, VAT returns etc. are currently managed by external book-keepers/accountants and leverage DEXT and XERO. However, we find ourselves still managing things to provide them with information, manage them, and do things that external parties cannot do (like pay people).
