Working arrangements

This is a full-time role based at our site in Fordham, with some opportunity to work flexibly.

Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a strong GLP background and a drive to improve quality and compliance? We’re recruting a QA Advisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your established expertise within a scientific environment, supporting bioanalytical and regulated GLP/GCP studies that help bring new medicines to patients.

What you’ll be doing
As a QA Advisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and integrity of data supporting our GLP and GCP studies, while also helping drive continuous improvement across the organisation. You'll act as a trusted quality partner, promoting compliance, quality and operational excellence across the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting study, process and facility audits in line with GLP and GCP requirements
  • Supporting the continual improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Working closely with operational teams to promote quality and compliance across the business
  • Supporting customer audits, regulatory inspections and sponsor visits
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive operational excellence
  • Building effective working relationships with colleagues, customers and external partners
  • Keeping up to date with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practice

Who we’re looking for

You'll have experience working within a GLP-regulated environment and a strong understanding of GLP principles. This is an essential requirement for the role. You’ll also have experience of carrying out study, process and facility audits and a sound working knowledge of quality systems. You’ll be organised and able to manage competing priorities, both while working independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and sound judgement will be key to your success in this role.

It would be great, although not essential, if you also had:

  • Experience in a bioanalytical laboratory, CRO or pharmaceutical setting
  • Experience of GCP (while the role is primarily focused on GLP-regulated activities, you will support some GCP-regulated studies)
  • Experience in CSV QA
  • A recognised auditor qualification
