- Description
- Lead and develop a team of Scientists and Senior Scientists
- Oversee delivery of ADA/PK/Biomarker studies
- Act as Study Director/PI/Analytical Project Manager for GLP/GCP studies
- Plan resources, schedule projects, and ensure timely delivery
- Mentor project managers and drive team performance
- Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent communication
- Support Business Development with proposals and new opportunities
- Take ownership of revenue, forecasting, and invoicing
- Maintain SOPs and ensure regulatory compliance (GLP/GCP)
- Drive continuous improvement and safe working practices
Skills, Education & Qualifications
- Strong experience in immunoassay bioanalysis (ADA, PK, biomarkers, 5+ years)
- Leadership experience within a CRO, pharma, or biotech setting
- Proven track record delivering regulated studies
- Strong understanding of GLP/GCP and bioanalytical requirements
- Excellent organisational, client-facing, and commercial skills
