  • Lead and develop a team of Scientists and Senior Scientists
  • Oversee delivery of ADA/PK/Biomarker studies
  • Act as Study Director/PI/Analytical Project Manager for GLP/GCP studies
  • Plan resources, schedule projects, and ensure timely delivery
  • Mentor project managers and drive team performance
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent communication
  • Support Business Development with proposals and new opportunities
  • Take ownership of revenue, forecasting, and invoicing
