Scientist I Immunoassay

Resolian UK is looking for a Scientist I – Immunoassay. The role involves developing and validating immunoassay methods for quantifying drugs and biomarkers, and applying these methods to routine analysis of pre‑clinical toxicology and clinical safety study samples.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate immunoassay methods for drug and biomarker quantitation.
• Apply methods to routine analysis of samples from pre‑clinical toxicology and clinical safety studies.
• Maintain record keeping in compliance with GLP.
• Communicate accurately the outcomes of experiments.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Engage in personal development, seek training, and pursue opportunities for growth.
• Adhere to the Laboratory Charter – maintain clean, tidy work areas and respect colleagues.
• Be flexible and productive, responding positively to changing timelines, priorities, and requirements.
• Follow Resolian Health and Safety Policy, with particular attention to COSHH in the laboratory.
• Complete any mandatory training appropriate for the role.

Qualifications

• Degree in biological science or equivalent relevant experience (essential).
• Excellent attention to detail (essential).
• Experience in a GXP‑accredited laboratory (desirable).
• Familiarity with ELISA techniques (essential).
• Effective communication skills with peers and customers (essential).
