Job Overview

Development & validation of Immunoassay methods for quantitation of drugs & biomarkers. Work in accordance with SOPs and study documents, apply these methods to routine analysis of samples from pre‑clinical toxicology and clinical safety studies, maintain GLP‑compliant record keeping, and communicate outcomes effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate Immunoassay methods for drug and biomarker quantitation.
• Work in accordance with SOPs and study documents.
• Apply the methods to routine analysis of samples from pre‑clinical toxicology and clinical safety studies.
• Maintain GLP‑compliant record keeping.
• Communicate experimental outcomes accurately.
• Suggest process improvements.
• Pursue personal development and training opportunities.
• Embrace the Laboratory Charter, keeping work areas clean and respectful to colleagues.
• Be flexible and productive, responding positively to changing timelines and priorities.
• Follow Resolian Health and Safety Policy, with emphasis on COSHH.
• Complete mandatory training as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in biological science or equivalent (essential).
• Excellent attention to detail (essential).
• Experience in a GXP‑accredited laboratory (desirable).
• Familiarity with ELISA techniques (essential).
• Effective communication skills (essential).
