We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our growing consulting team. In this role you will work closely with our clients to design and embed collaborative cultures, strengthen team behaviours, and manage the human dynamics that sit at the heart of complex projects. Key responsibilities
- Project delivery β Support the delivery of client projects or major workstreams, planning, and coordinating activities to meet agreed outcomes.
- Analysis and insight β Design assessment approaches, lead analysis and shape clear recommendations for client leadership.
- Facilitation and culture β Design and lead workshops, guide team development and support clients to embed collaborative cultures.
- Business development and thought leadership β Lead elements of proposals and bids, help identify new opportunities and create thought leadership that grows our profile.
Skills and experience
- Typically 5 or more years in consulting or complex project environments, including responsibility for significant workstreams or projects.
- Advanced consulting skills, able to structure complex problems and lead the development of evidence-based recommendations.
- Skilled facilitator and presenter, able to design and lead workshops with varying seniority and handle challenging group dynamics.
- Influences senior stakeholders, builds strong networks and acts as a trusted adviser on behavioural and cultural topics.
- Actively helps develop opportunities with new and existing clients and contributes to winning and growing client accounts.
