We welcome applications from all qualified candidates and strongly encourage individuals from groups currently underrepresented in our workforce to apply. Due to security clearance requirements, applicants must be British nationals.

The opportunity: We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our growing consulting team. In this role you will work closely with our clients to design and embed collaborative cultures, strengthen team behaviours, and manage the human dynamics that sit at the heart of complex projects. You will be part of a small, high performing team where your voice will be heard and where you can help shape the future direction of the business.

Who we are: At ResoLex, we help major projects succeed by strengthening the relationships between client teams and their supply chain partners. We focus on the social, behavioural, and cultural factors that shape how people work together, creating delivery environments where collaboration, challenge, and decision making can thrive. This relational focus supports commercial and technical excellence, helping projects deliver better outcomes, on time, and on budget.

The type of person we are looking for:

  • A confident, self-directed consultant who is comfortable operating independently within client organisations and taking personal ownership for delivering outcomes.
  • Brings substantial experience in consulting, organisational or transformational change, major projects or programme delivery, infrastructure, or a closely related field.
  • Highly credible with senior leaders, able to build trust and provide constructive challenge that leads to meaningful behavioural and performance change.
  • Deeply interested in how people, teams and systems perform, and motivated by translating insight into practical action in complex delivery environments.
  • Comfortable navigating complex, matrix, partnering and alliance settings, influencing across organisational boundaries without formal authority.
  • Values collaboration, integrity and continuous learning, and role-models the behaviours we expect to see in our client teams.
  • Commercially aware and motivated to contribute to growing client relationships and shaping future work.

Skills and experience:

  • Typically 8+ years’ experience delivering consulting or change initiatives within complex project or organisational environments, with personal accountability for outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and credibly within client organisations, building trust and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Well-developed expertise in collaborative working, organisational culture, behavioural change and team effectiveness.
  • Well-established capability in assessment, diagnosis and translating insight into practical, implementable actions.
  • Skilled facilitator and/or coach, confident working with mixed-seniority groups and challenging dynamics.
  • Experience working in matrix, alliance or integrated delivery environments, influencing across organisational boundaries.
  • Commercial awareness and experience contributing to business development and client growth through delivery excellence.

Why join ResoLex: As an Associate Director, you will play a hands-on role delivering impactful work on some of the UK’s most complex and high-profile projects, working directly with senior leaders and delivery teams to shape how people collaborate and perform. You will operate independently within client organisations, often in matrix and alliance environments, leading assessments, interventions and change activity that deliver measurable outcomes. Alongside client delivery, you will hold client responsibility and contribute to growing and shaping our services, thought leadership and wider social impact, while being part of a collaborative, learning-oriented culture with opportunities to learn, share ideas and engage in industry and community initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Direct client delivery and outcome ownership: Personally lead and deliver consulting interventions within client organisations, taking accountability for achieving agreed behavioural, cultural and performance outcomes. Operate effectively within client matrix, partnering, alliance and integrated delivery environments, influencing behaviours, relationships and decisions without relying on positional authority. Build trusted relationships with leaders and delivery teams to enable effective diagnosis, intervention and sustained change. Provide subject-matter expertise, coaching and constructive challenge to individuals and teams to improve collaboration and delivery performance. Translate insight into clear, practical recommendations that leaders and teams can implement.
  2. Business development through delivery: Proactively identify and shape opportunities to extend and deepen client engagements, using delivery insight to develop relevant solutions. Take an active role in work-winning, including contributing to proposals, tenders and client presentations. Build and sustain senior-level client relationships that support long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  3. Collaboration, culture and behavioural change: Design and embed collaborative ways of working and high-performance project cultures within complex delivery environments. Lead behavioural and cultural change initiatives, supporting alignment, engagement and shared ownership across stakeholders. Deliver interface mapping and relationship-building approaches to improve coordination across organisational and contractual boundaries.
  4. Facilitation, advisory and coaching: Design and lead workshops, leadership sessions and team interventions (in-person and virtual) that drive alignment, learning and action. Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, supporting decision-making and behavioural change in high-risk, high-complexity settings. Present findings and recommendations clearly and confidently to secure commitment and momentum for change.
  5. Thought leadership and practice development: Contribute to thought leadership, case studies and written content that reflect practical learning from client delivery. Support the evolution of ResoLex methodologies, tools and delivery frameworks to strengthen consistency and impact. Contribute to innovation in services and approaches based on emerging client and market needs.
  6. Leadership and people development: Act as a role model for ResoLex values and collaborative behaviours in all client and internal interactions. Provide coaching, mentoring and informal leadership to colleagues, supporting capability development and knowledge sharing across the business.

Benefits:

  • A competitive reward package
  • 25 days paid annual leave plus public and bank holidays.
  • Private healthcare and a full gym membership.
