The opportunity: We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our growing consulting team. In this role you will work closely with our clients to design and embed collaborative cultures, strengthen team behaviours, support organisational and programme transformation and manage the human dynamics that sit at the heart of complex projects. You will be part of a small, high performing team where your voice will be heard and where you can help shape the future direction of the business.

Key responsibilities:
- Project delivery – Support the delivery of client projects or major workstreams, planning, and coordinating activities to meet agreed outcomes.
- Analysis and insight – Design assessment approaches, lead analysis and shape clear recommendations for client leadership.
- Facilitation, culture and change – Design and lead workshops, guide team development and support clients to navigate change, embed new ways of working and build collaborative cultures.
- Business development and thought leadership – Lead elements of proposals and bids, help identify new opportunities and create thought leadership that grows our profile.
Skills and experience:
- Typically 5 or more years in consulting or complex project environments, including responsibility for significant workstreams or projects.
- Advanced consulting skills, able to structure complex problems and lead the development of evidence-based recommendations.
- Change and transformation experience, with the ability to understand the people impact of change, develop practical approaches to engagement and adoption, and support teams and leaders to embed new ways of working.
- Skilled facilitator and presenter, able to design and lead workshops with varying seniority and handle challenging group dynamics.
- Influences senior stakeholders, builds strong networks and acts as a trusted adviser on behavioural, cultural and organisational challenges.
- Actively helps develop opportunities with new and existing clients and contributes to winning and growing client accounts.
