The opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our growing consulting team. In this role you will work closely with our clients to design and embed collaborative cultures, strengthen team behaviours, and manage the human dynamics that sit at the heart of complex projects. You will be part of a small, high performing team where your voice will be heard and where you can help shape the future direction of the business.

Who we are

At ResoLex, we help major projects succeed by strengthening the relationships between client teams and their supply chain partners. We focus on the social, behavioural, and cultural factors that shape how people work together, creating delivery environments where collaboration, challenge, and decision making can thrive. This relational focus supports commercial and technical excellence, helping projects deliver better outcomes, on time, and on budget.

The type of person we are looking for:

  • Curious about how people and teams work and enjoy turning data and insight into practical action.
  • Comfortable in complex, ambiguous environments and can build trust quickly with stakeholders.
  • Collaborative by default, keen to learn from others and develop their skills.
  • Enjoys applying their creativity and knowledge to solving problems as a team,
  • Interest and relevant knowledge of consulting, organisational or transformational change, project or programme management, infrastructure delivery, or a similar field.

Key responsibilities

  • Project delivery - Support the delivery of client projects, taking ownership of clearly defined tasks as your experience develops.
  • Analysis and insight - Gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative data, contributing to findings and recommendations that clients can act on.
  • Facilitation and support - Help prepare and co-facilitate workshops and activities that build effective team culture and ways of working, in a supported environment.
  • Business support and operations - Contribute to the smooth running of the business, including scheduling, internal coordination, document management, and supporting internal processes as the team grows.
  • Business development and thought leadership - Begin to gain exposure to how proposals, research, and thought leadership content are developed, contributing where you can.

Skills and experience

  • A degree in a related field (e.g. project management, civil engineering, organisational behaviour), or demonstrable work experience and/or academic engagement with project delivery, change and transformation.
  • Strong analytical ability, with experience of working with information, drawing out patterns, and presenting ideas clearly, whether through academic research, dissertations, group projects, or similar work.
  • A clear and confident communicator in writing and in conversation, able to contribute your point of view and engage well with others.
  • Someone who builds positive relationships naturally, takes feedback well, and approaches new challenges with curiosity and a willingness to learn.
  • An interest in the commercial world and how organisations deliver complex work, and a desire to understand not just how to do the work but how a consultancy like ResoLex operates and grows.

Why join ResoLex

You will undertake impactful work on some of the UK’s most complex, high-profile projects, directly shaping how teams collaborate and perform. You will join a collaborative, learning-oriented culture, working with experienced colleagues who care about behavioural and cultural change, with regular opportunities to learn and attend industry events. You will be trusted with real client responsibility and encouraged to bring ideas that shape our services and business. You will also have the chance to contribute to thought leadership and get involved in volunteering and wider social initiatives. If you're the kind of person who's naturally curious about people, not afraid to ask questions, and ready to back yourself in a professional environment – we'd love to hear from you.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • 25 days paid annual leave plus public and bank holidays
  • Optional private healthcare and a full gym membership to support your health and wellbeing
  • Hybrid working with a minimum of three days per week in our St Paul’s or a client office
