We are looking for our future Consumer Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Ireland or the UK.

The Consumer Marketing Coordinator - Northern Europe will play a pivotal role in supporting the consumer marketing team with marketing activation, including consumer engagement and profitable growth in the Northern Europe region. The role reports directly to the Northern Europe Consumer Marketing Lead. The role will align our consumer activation and execution with ResMed’s Global and EMEA consumer strategy and objectives. The Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams (product, revenue, consumer and provider marketing) to achieve seamless execution and enable activation plans across the Northern Europe.

The Coordinator Consumer Marketing of Northern Europe will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the execution of the Northern Europe Consumer plans in various markets according to the direction of ResMed’s EMEA Consumer Marketing strategy. The role will support with, and coordinate, creation and localization of content developed for the consumer audience, including overseeing the internal review and approval processes as well as administration and management of documentation in ResMed’s tools and systems. A combination of coordination excellence, influencing skills and managing complexity across markets are key competences.

  • Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations, enabling execution with excellence, in terms of internal stakeholder communication and adherence to regional processes and standards.
  • Manage the content review and approval process and documentation management.
  • Support with administrative tasks like purchase order creation and invoice management.
  • Customer Experience & Engagement: Work with the Northern Europe Consumer Marketing Lead to coordinate direct-to-consumer initiatives and project rollouts in the region.
  • Be the coordinator for digital marketing tools and assets in the region, such as brand sites and campaign sites.
  • Support localisation and transcreation of Global/EMEA/Regional content and disseminate across relevant markets.
  • Sales and Marketing Alignment: Work with product, revenue, marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure correct, relevant and effective consumer marketing communication.
  • Support with pilot projects and roll out across the region.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Operational Excellence: Demonstrated planning, administrative, organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines and budget requirements. Determined, results-focused, self-motivated, flexible and innovative team player. Highly ethical and attentive to detail.
  • Customer Experience & Engagement: Passion for marketing; ability to develop strong cross-functional internal relationships; highly adaptable; understanding of customer needs. Previous direct-to-consumer experience is meritorious.
  • Sales and Marketing Alignment: Strong communication and influencing skills; knowledge of marketing activation and campaign rollout; digital marketing experience a plus. Experience with project management tools and documentation. Previous experience in medical device/pharmaceutical/consumer healthcare sales & marketing or marketing agencies serving these industries is a merit.

Required: Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages a plus.

Preferred: Degree qualification in marketing, advertising or related discipline.
