We are looking for an E-Commerce Associate to join our Marketing team in the UK or Ireland. This position offers flexibility for remote work in both countries.
The E-Commerce Associate EMEA will play a pivotal role in supporting the e-commerce leader as we look to drive significant growth in this channel. This role will act as a support to the eCommerce operations with ResMed’s global and regional objectives, ensuring we can execute with excellence and expand our presence online.
The E-Commerce Associate EMEA will work closely with cross-functional teams (eCommerce, Revenue, Marketing, GTS, Supply Chain) to achieve seamless execution and ensure we can delight our patients with a frictionless buying experience.
Let’s talk about the roleThe E-Commerce Associate will be responsible for executing our plans across the 3 sub-regions in EMEA with a strong focus on UK, DE and FR. This role will be critical to optimise the eCommerce business today and expand to new markets and channels. This role will develop content for our promotional plans, newsletters for our eShop users and help support new products online. It will also be critical to provide the data and insights to shape the plans and optimize.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Support on the promotional calendar and delivery of 3 main campaigns a year to drive revenue and attract new users to the DTC space. Help with the transition from legacy platforms to a more scalable e-commerce system, ensuring the platform experience is enhanced for our users. Manage day-to-day operations, guaranteeing high platform performance, a superior consumer experience, and adherence to regional compliance standards.
- Customer Experience & Engagement: Ensure an outstanding digital consumer experience, optimising the entire consumer journey from discovery to post-purchase retention. Leverage data and customer feedback to continuously improve UX/UI, consumer satisfaction, and retention metrics.
- Sales and Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with eCommerce regional and global team to execute digital marketing campaigns, optimizing for both brand visibility and revenue growth in key focus markets. Support on merchandising, promotional campaigns, and other revenue-driving activities to ensure alignment in attaining sales goals and consumer behaviour in EMEA markets.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze e-commerce metrics to assess performance, and provide actionable insights to the team.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure the e-commerce business remains compliant with regional and industry regulations, owning the MLR approval process.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 2 years in a marketing / eCommerce role. Fluent in English, with additional EMEA languages being a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills: Able to work cross functionally with different leadership styles / cultures to forge strong relationships that can deliver results.
- Highly motivated: Willing to really make a difference. Able to manage complexity and drive forward even with uncertainty.
- Commercial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and data reporting. Ability to use the data to inform the business decision.
