The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is a Permanent contract based in the UK to work in the Sleep clinic in London, to join us as soon as possible.
You will join a small team dedicated to ensuring the smooth daily running of the centre, develop, deliver and manage a professional clinical service both to the NHS service provision contracts and self‑paying patients. Your role is also to promote the Resmed brand and the benefits of Resmed products and services, enhancing growth of the business. You will be working face‑to‑face and also remote service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support to new and existing patients from first screening to ongoing treatment of OSA and other respiratory conditions e.g. central sleep apnoea and COPD.
- Proactively follow‑up with patients on treatment to establish compliance and treatment efficacy within specified timeframes.
- Ensure that patient records are kept maintained, up to date and that customer payments are processed promptly and accurately.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of awareness programmes and proactively liaise with the team to develop these.
- Promote MyAir membership & support marketing promotions.
- Support the team in developing new business and work to enhance the Resmed brand.
- Proactively work to establish and nurture new and existing relationships with referring private physicians and NHS accounts with service provision contacts, or those who could potentially refer into our service.
- Ensure that any queries or questions are responded to and answered promptly via phone or email.
- Work to develop and maintain positive working relationships with doctors and nurses on clinical/patient issues.
- Provide support as requested to other 'Centres' for Healthy Sleep as required and to new business opportunities as they develop.
- Deliver patient days at NHS hospitals and our pop‑up clinic days for private patients in various locations around the country.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies as set by the Business Development Manager – Direct to Patient.
- Work as part of the wider Clinical Applications team.
- Constantly work to develop clinical knowledge to enhance effectiveness within role and credibility with patients and other clinical professionals.
- Contribute to the daily running of the centre, including health and safety aspects.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse / Registered Clinical Physiologist.
- 2–3 years' experience minimum within a clinical environment.
- Experience leading clinical decisions.
- Exposure within a commercial business dealing with customer service and sales would be ideal.
- Experience in sleep or respiratory medicine is a huge asset.
