We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Service Delivery Manager to oversee and coordinate the delivery of our Cybersecurity and Quality Engineering services. This pivotal role will involve seamless execution of client engagements, timely delivery of high-quality services, and continuous improvement across operations. As the link between our technical teams and clients, you’ll translate complex security insights into clear, actionable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements and project delivery
  • Coordinate internal teams, resources, and timelines to meet service level objectives
  • Oversee quality assurance and reporting of test results, vulnerabilities, and recommendations
  • Support pre‑sales activities with technical input and delivery estimations
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and internal governance
  • Track and report performance metrics, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and automation
  • Liaise with third‑party vendors and subcontractors as necessary

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity or Quality Engineering service delivery, ideally with a focus on penetration testing
  • Strong understanding of Cyber and Quality Engineering tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR)
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical risks into business-relevant language
  • SC Clearance (or eligible for SC in the UK) is highly desirable
  • Relevant certifications (ITIL) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proven ability to prioritise effectively and consistently deliver high output in a fast‑paced environment
