Global Head of Sales – Cyber Security / Quality Engineering – Managed Service – UK based We are seeking a highly experienced Global Head of Sales to lead our growth in the Cyber Security and Quality Engineering Software Testing sectors. Based in the UK and reporting directly to the CEO, this executive role involves building and leading high-performing sales teams across multiple geographies, with a focus on new business development. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to drive new business growth in Cyber Security and QE Software Testing. Build, lead, and mentor sales teams across different regions, including the UK, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, or the US. Articulate and implement effective sales processes and approaches. Collaborate with private equity owners and other stakeholders to align sales objectives with company growth plans. Experience & Skills Required: Proven success leading enterprise new business growth in the UK, with experience in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, or the US as an advantage. At least 5 years of experience in the IT services sector, specifically in Cyber Security and Software Testing. Experience in building and leading high-performance sales teams in a matrix organization. Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger Sales; private equity experience is a plus.
