Resillion is seeking a Head of Sales Development Manager to build, own and scale our outbound prospecting function. You will inherit an early-stage unit and evolve it into a disciplined, high-performing capability that drives predictable pipeline for new logos and strategic accounts.

This hybrid role is based in Birmingham, Glasgow, or Bristol, with travel as needed. Sponsorship is not available and a minimum of 3 years UK address history is required.
