    • Balance exceptional customer outcomes with operational performance, service profitability, and commercial growth.
    • Support sales and account management teams in high-value presentations, solution design, service reviews, and bid responses.
    • Identify opportunities to expand and enhance security services within existing accounts, driving retention and upsell.
  • Forward-Looking SOC Operations & Technology
    • Lead the implementation of AI-driven SOC automation and orchestration (e.g., Torq or similar next-gen platforms).
    • Oversee complex service transitions, including insourcing initiatives and moving operations from offshore to in-shore models.
    • Ensure SOC playbooks and client architectures align with global legislation such as NIS2, DORA, and the EU AI Act.
    • Contribute to new SOC and MSSP capabilities, service offerings, and go-to-market initiatives.
    • Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing technical team, driving coaching, performance management, and development.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong track record managing security operations for large-scale, high-value Strategic Accounts.
  • Deep, practical familiarity with SIEM technologies, particularly Microsoft Sentinel.
  • Demonstrated success implementing AI-driven SOC solutions and SOAR platforms (e.g., Torq or equivalent).
  • Experience managing complex transition projects (e.g., insourcing, offshore to in-shore).
  • Operational familiarity with CREST, NIS2, DORA, and the EU AI Act.
  • Hands-on experience leading incident response, threat hunting, and investigations.
  • Broad technical knowledge across Windows, Linux, cloud, hybrid environments, firewalls, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and vulnerability management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Multi-lingual capability highly preferred.

  • Microsoft SC-200 or SC-100.
  • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications.
  • CREST certifications.
  • ITIL Foundation or service management experience.
