Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, commercially minded New Business Sales Executive to drive new revenue growth across our Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing practices within the private sector. This role focuses on identifying new logo opportunities, building strategic relationships up to C-Suite level, and positioning Resillion's full suite of Cybersecurity and QA Testing solutions to prospective clients. You will bring strong solution-sales capability, a deep understanding of Cybersecurity and QA Testing principles, and the ability to communicate complex technical value propositions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a high-impact role for a proactive, results-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, influencing decision-makers, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify and qualify new logo opportunities across Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing. Target key solution areas including Pen Testing, Red Teaming, SOC/SIEM, Automation Testing, Performance Testing, Test Management, and Consultancy.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships up to C-Suite level with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, articulating how Resillion's solutions address client Cybersecurity and QA Testing requirements.
  • Solution Tailoring & Collaboration: Work closely with technical leaders to shape tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Sales Execution & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations. Maintain accurate CRM records of activities, interactions, and opportunities.
  • Market Awareness & Reporting: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven track record in new logo solution sales within Cybersecurity and/or QA Software Testing.
  • Demonstrated success building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on identifying and closing new business.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
