As a Business Analyst, you’ll act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, translating customer goals and challenges into structured business and functional requirements across the full project lifecycle, from preparation and design through to delivery and post-go-live support.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented and enjoys translating complex business needs into actionable, scalable solutions.
The Role
- Map and analyse current business processes and design future-state processes, developing and maintaining business process models.
- Identify, analyse and translate stakeholder needs into structured business and functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops to refine and validate requirements with stakeholders and end users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and document user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
- Support Product Owners on the customer side in managing and prioritising the project backlog.
- Support solution delivery through validation of functional analyses, enhancement requests and ticket resolution.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- Communicate project progress, changes and challenges to stakeholders, providing regular reporting.
- Refine requirements, assign tasks to customers and provide ongoing support.
- Gather and map data, validate test cases and prepare solution handovers.
- Maintain detailed documentation of product requirements, aiming for a generic, reusable fit.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment.
- Monitor evolving business needs and anticipate their impact on systems and processes.
- Propose process improvements and assess their organisational and technical impact.
- Prepare enhancement requests from a business perspective and support customers in validating functional analysis, change requests and handovers. About You

- Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements and emerging technologies.
- Experience with tools for process modelling, requirements tracking and project management (e. g. Jira)
