This role requires a commitment to safety, dignity, and person-centred care. Pre-Employment Requirements Mandatory Checks & Documentation: References: Minimum of two references covering at least the past two years. Training: All training is required and mandatory, including Moving and Handling (Practical). DBS: Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (mandatory). Right to Work (UK): UK Passport (can be expired) UK Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance (NI is mandatory; if no NI, the application will be failed) UK Government Share Code or Positive Employer Checking Service (ECS) resul Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) β must be accompanied by a Share Code / Positive ECS Check in the Right to Work section If the candidate holds a sponsored visa, a copy of their Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) is required Pay Rate: 12.3-14 pounds per hr
