About the Role
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administering medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
- Performing diagnostic tests and analyzing results to provide accurate patient assessments.
- Assisting with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
