Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Care Home Are you a qualified and experienced nurse who is looking for flexible shifts in a care home setting? We are looking for agency Registered General Nurses (RGNs) who can work part time shifts (Long day/Night/Rotating). As an agency Registered General Nurse (RGN), you will be responsible for: * Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the individual care needs of residents * Administering medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and care home policies * Supervising and mentoring care staff and ensuring high standards of care delivery * Communicating effectively with residents, relatives, colleagues and other health professionals * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation * Adhering to the agency’s policies and procedures, including compliance, safeguarding, health and safety, etc. To be successful in this role, you will need: * A valid NMC pin number and the right to work in the UK * A minimum of 12 months of post-registration experience as a nurse, preferably in a care home setting * A passion for providing person-centred care and enhancing the quality of life of residents * A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as per the agency’s rota. * A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement In return, we offer: * A competitive hourly rate of £26 – £28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications * A weekly pay system with no hidden fees or deductions * A referral bonus scheme for recommending other nurses to join the agency * A free uniform * A dedicated consultant who will support you throughout your assignments If you are interested in this role, please apply or contact us for more information.
