1. Provide a quality care and support service for residents, taking into consideration their personal preferences, under supervision, and in line with Sanctuary Care policies and procedures. 2. Responsible for the safe and effective administration of medication in line with individual care plans and company policy when trained to do so. 3. Deliver personal care and treat residents with dignity, respect, and kindness. Provide support to residents in making personal choices that enrich their lives while maintaining their dignity. 4. Ensure that care plans are continually tailored to individual needs with the involvement of the resident in order that the appropriate level of support is provided for all aspects of daily living. 5. Support risk assessments to ensure that care and support are provided in line with the relevant health and safety requirements. 6. Assist residents with individual and group activities, including social interaction, in line with individual care and support plans.
