As a Business Continuity Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of operational resilience, business continuity, crisis management, and emergency response arrangements across Naval Nuclear. You’ll act as a trusted subject matter expert, influencing stakeholders across the business and ensuring robust resilience frameworks are in place, tested, and continuously improved. Your work will directly support operational readiness and long-term business success.
Job role:
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the operational resilience and business continuity framework across the Naval Nuclear business.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on operational resilience, business continuity, crisis management, and emergency management activities.
- Develop, maintain, and test business continuity, recovery, and resilience plans to ensure the business can respond effectively to disruption.
- Deliver resilience exercises, training programmes, assurance activities, and governance reporting to drive a culture of preparedness and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure resilience requirements are understood, embedded, and aligned with business objectives.
