Resilience Agenda is changing the way people think about mental health by focusing on Mental Fitness – a proactive, practical, and preventative approach to well being. Our flagship product, 2025 Mental Fitness Diary & Planner, and our corporate programs are designed to inspire individuals and teams to prioritise their mental health and resilience. We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Executive to drive growth by partnering with organisations and introducing them to our unique Mental Fitness tools and programs.

The Corporate Sales Executive will focus on generating and managing relationships with HR professionals, wellness program coordinators, and corporate decision-makers. You will be responsible for promoting our products and services to organisations, helping them incorporate Mental Fitness into their well being initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and build relationships with HR teams, wellness managers, and corporate buyers.
  • Present and sell Resilience Agenda’s Mental Fitness products and programs to corporate clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to encourage repeat business.
  • Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to align sales efforts with branding and client needs.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and feedback to the leadership team.
  • Drive sales of bulk orders and personalised products for corporate gifting, events, and well being programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling to HR teams or corporate wellness programs.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with corporate wellness trends and HR-focused solutions.
  • Understanding of Mental Fitness, well being, or related fields is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create compelling proposals and presentations for corporate clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve goals.
