ADI Global Distribution is growing our strategic national account capability and seeking an experienced, commercially confident Key Accounts Manager to manage and develop a select portfolio of high-value, national accounts across the UK and Ireland. In this role, you will manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our ADI Global Distribution organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products and solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers, utilizing your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition. You will increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships. You will develop and maximize ADI’s presence and market share in designated accounts and territory, driving continuous improvement and leading change in a premiere Sales Organization.

Job Duties
- Strategic Account Leadership
- Manage a small number of large, national accounts with complex needs and high strategic value
- Lead and coordinate activity across branches, internal teams, and supplier partners to ensure smooth delivery
- Develop strategic account plans, growth roadmaps, and structured business reviews (QBRs and annual planning)
- Present confidently to senior decision-makers, demonstrating authority and commercial insight
- Build and manage rebate structures, incentive programs, and joint business plans to drive partnerships
- Sales Cycle Management
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects
- Manage and plan accounts strategically to maximize growth
- Negotiate and close deals that deliver mutual value
- Articulate and deliver ADI’s value proposition effectively
- Maintain momentum through the sales cycle and ensure timely execution
- Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Build deep relationships with senior stakeholders across customer organizations
- Act as the central point of contact for strategic national accounts, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, category management, credit, operations) to deliver end-to-end account success
- Maintain strong visibility and presence with internal and external stakeholders
- Market Engagement & Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed on category trends, market innovations, and technical advancements
- Lead customer presentations, strategy sessions, and senior meetings
- Represent ADI at industry events, customer conferences, and key
- Contribute to continuous improvement of national account frameworks and best practices
You Must Have
- Relevant experience
- Proven success in a B2B field sales or account management role
- Experience managing large or high‑value accounts
- Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence in senior settings
- Commercial acumen and experience with margin, profitability, and structuring deals
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the UKI
