ADI now has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing EMEA to join our International Marketing Leadership Team based from our Head Office in Oldham, Greater Manchester.
In this strategic leadership role, you will lead the EMEA Marketing function, driving profitable growth across our branch network, ecommerce platform and sales channels.
Leading a team of 15 marketing professionals across 8 countries, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the regional marketing strategy, creating an integrated omnichannel approach to customer acquisition, engagement, retention and growth.
As the Head of Marketing EMEA, you will work closely with regional Sales Leadership, Country Management, Category Management and Ecommerce teams to ensure marketing investment delivers measurable commercial results.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, EMEA, you will play a key role in shaping the future growth of the business across the region.
- JOB DUTIES
- Define and deliver the EMEA marketing strategy aligned to regional business objectives and country priorities.
- Lead, develop and inspire a team of 15 marketers across 8 countries, creating a high-performance culture and driving collaboration across the region.
- Work closely with Sales, Ecommerce, Category Management and Country Leadership teams to deliver integrated marketing programmes that support revenue growth.
- Drive customer acquisition strategies that generate high-quality leads and convert prospects into active customers.
- Lead retention and growth marketing programmes focused on onboarding, repeat purchase, cross-sell, reactivation and customer lifetime value.
- Guide Country Marketing Managers in developing effective local marketing plans while maintaining regional consistency and best practice.
- Lead Account-Based Marketing initiatives targeting key accounts and strategic growth opportunities.
- Utilise customer insight, behavioural data and market intelligence to improve targeting, personalisation and campaign performance.
- Lead the development and optimisation of marketing automation, CRM and customer data capabilities across EMEA.
- Build scalable customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, growth, retention and reactivation programmes.
- Establish best practices for campaign delivery, data quality, testing, reporting and measurement.
- Manage the EMEA marketing budget, ensuring strong return on investment and maximising supplier-funded marketing activities.
- Measure marketing performance through key metrics including customer growth, customer retention, conversion, pipeline contribution and revenue impact.
- YOU MUST HAVE
- Significant senior marketing leadership experience within a multi-country B2B organisation.
- Proven experience driving customer acquisition, retention and growth marketing programmes.
- Strong expertise in Marketing Automation, CRM platforms and customer data-driven marketing.
- Experience delivering successful marketing strategies across ecommerce, branch/store and sales channels.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing significant marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change across a complex international matrix organisation.
