Criterion Capital is seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to support our portfolio of residential PRS buildings across Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing in-house maintenance team that plays a vital role in keeping our homes safe, functional, and comfortable for our residents.

The Role

You will be responsible for planned and reactive plumbing works, with a strong focus on HIU (Heat Interface Unit) systems, across our residential sites. From routine maintenance to emergency call-outs, you'll ensure systems are operating efficiently and residents receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-site visits across multiple Croydon locations
  • Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on plumbing systems
  • Diagnose and resolve faults promptly across residential apartments and communal areas
  • Conduct inspections and testing in line with regulations and safety standards
  • Work alongside the wider engineering and maintenance team to deliver a high-quality service
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
  • Support with general building services and occasional weekend cover, if required

About You

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience working with HIU systems in residential or commercial environments
  • Good understanding of hot water and heating systems in multi-unit buildings
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong customer service focus and professional communication
  • Full UK driving licence is a plus but not essential
