Residential Resources is seeking a Program Supervisor to join our team in Winchester, NH. This supervisor would oversee the services and supports provided in our two-person (female) home. We’re looking for a collaborative, hands-on leader who enjoys being part of a team and believes that meaningful work can also be fun and rewarding.
As a Program Supervisor you would support the current DSPs working in this home and welcome and train new DSPs. You will spend time working as a DSP providing direct care as well as time performing management duties like grocery shopping, documentation collection/review, and medication management. Ultimately the supervisor ensures the overall health, safety, and well-being of individuals supported.
This home supports two very engaging women who have been living together for some time. They prefer support staff who are interested in participating in activities in their home as well as spending time in their local community. They both need support with personal care, food preparation and medication administration.

Requirements:
- Professional and/or personal experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities or brain injuries is strongly preferred.
- Supervisory experience in human services or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years as a licensed driver.
- Acceptable criminal and background checks.
