Residential Resources is looking for compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team working to support two women in their home in Winchester, NH. We are looking for 3rd shift AlertDSPs; the staff is able to sleep during the overnight hours of the shift but must be available to assist the individual(s) if needed.

Responsibilities may include supporting individuals with activities of daily living such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care support. Experience is not required; we welcome applicants who are new to the field. Current vacancies are Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8:00pm-8:00am. We are hoping to hire full time (36 hours) but are willing to consider part time for the right person.

Due to personal care support needs, the women who reside in this home respectfully request only female DSPs to be considered for this position.

Requirements:

  • Acceptable criminal history and other background checks as required
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
