The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.
35 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM. On site at Holborough Lakes development, Snodland (ME6).
Responsibilities
- Carry out general gardening duties including litter picking, mowing, strimming, weeding, hedge cutting, planting and mulching.
- Ensure all areas of the estate are maintained to a high standard and left clean, tidy and safe at the end of each day.
- Report any health & safety issues, maintenance defects or security concerns to the Estate Manager.
- Support seasonal tasks such as gritting and waste clearance.
- Ensure shared areas are kept clear of hazards or obstructions, escalating issues where needed.
- Work collaboratively with onsite teams and contractors, ensuring safe working practices are followed.
- Provide a courteous and professional service to residents and visitors at all times.
- Promote a strong health & safety culture, ensuring risks are identified, reported and managed appropriately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or gardening.
- Proactive and reliable approach, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of health & safety in a practical environment.
- Professional and approachable manner when dealing with residents and visitors.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience working within a residential or managed estate environment.
- Knowledge of maintaining high‑end or landscaped developments.
