Residential Management Group is seeking a capable Grounds Maintenance Assistant to join our Holborough Lakes development in Snodland.
This on-site role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, with a 35-hour week, focusing on gardens, mowing, hedges, planting and general estate upkeep.
You will work with the Estate Manager and contractors, uphold health and safety standards, and provide friendly service to residents.
Experience in grounds maintenance and a proactive, reliable approach are essential.
