You'll be working alongside an experienced and supportive team of property management professionals, led by a highly experienced senior management team. Where will you be located? You'll be based conveniently to cover your portfolio across Edinburgh and the Lothians. This will be a blend of home working, office visits and on‑site attendance across your portfolio . What are some of the tasks you will be doing? Managing an established residential portfolio of blocks and estates, you will utilise your sound knowledge of the Property Factors code of conduct, the governance around property management and your experience of managing complex developments whilst providing outstanding customer service. You will be managing a residential property portfolio consisting of residential blocks and new estates, being the main point of contact for property owners for any issues relating to their development ie repairs, cleaning, gardening, invoice queries etc Completing and documenting regular development inspections Managing service contracts and resolving any issues that may arise, instructing maintenance requests and ensuring works are completed satisfactorily. Attending resident meetings Resolution of complaints within the SLA timescales Responding to all owner communication within SLA timescales Approving of contractors invoices Resolving any owner invoice queries What are we looking for? Factor / Property Manager experience ATPI/AIRPM qualification (preferred, or a willingness to study) Excellent organisational skills with a proactive approach. Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with all internal and external clients Strong customer service skills.
