SALARY: £25,000 per annum
HOURS PER WEEK: 35 hours per week, starting Sunday to Thursday, 8 am to 3 pm.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Estate Operative, your essential responsibilities include:
- Daily removal of wheelie bins
- Removal of residential bulk waste
- Driving a bin tug vehicle to move rubbish bins around the development
- Litter picking to maintain tidiness in common areas
- Jet washing of car parks to ensure cleanliness
- Cleaning of bin rooms to uphold hygiene standards
Your role is crucial in maintaining the property’s functionality and creating a pleasant environment for residents.
ABOUT YOU

- Self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and take initiative

- Ensuring adherence to SOPs and health and safety guidelines
- Effective communication with residents, visitors, and contractors
- Machinery experience, including knowledge of using equipment such as a bin tug, compactor, and baler
- A valid driving license for operating the bin tug vehicle
