Residential Management Group (RMG) is seeking a hands-on Gardener to join our on-site team at the Holborough Lakes development in Snodland (ME6). The role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, with duties spanning general gardening, litter picking, mowing and hedge maintenance to keep the estate attractive and safe for residents and visitors.
