One of the UK's largest Property Management companies, Residential Management Group, has an opportunity for a Finance Assistant within our Scotland team, based at our Northwich office, to ensure that the property management function has the support and knowledge to deliver the highest quality service to their clients. Delivering information on all aspects of Property finances to both internal and external customers.
Where will I be working?
Full time at our offices in Northwich (CW9 7LN) - 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
What are some of the responsibilities you will have?
- Issue periodic letters and invoices to customers and handle queries that arise from this.
- Reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts.
- Process and follow up on the set-up of completions on new build developments.
- Undertake customer debt recovery and processing of Customer receipts.
- Process supplier invoices and payments and liaise with contractors to resolve disputes.
What skills, experience and qualifications are we looking for in our Finance Assistant?
- Essential: Interest in developing into an entry level accounts or finance based role.
- Microsoft Office competent - Excel to intermediate level minimum.
- Good communication skills via telephone, email and video conferencing - with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to follow procedures and work to deadlines.
- Minimum Grade C in GCSE maths.
- Preferred: Studying towards AAT or willingness to undertake.
- Experience dealing with customer disputes and working towards a resolution.
