Responsibilities
- supplier invoices and payments and liaise with contractors to resolve disputes
- Preparing tribunal packs as and when required
- Supporting the team with additional responabilities and activities as requited
- Issue periodic letters and invoices to customers and handle queries from that arise from this
- Reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts
- Process and oversee the set-up of new build completions, ensuring all developments are onboarded accurately and efficiently, and establish new business records as required.
- Undertake customer debt recovery and processing of Customer receipts

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Essential Experience working in an accounts, finance, business support, administration orproperty management, Microsoft office competent - Excel to intermediate level minimum
- Good communication skills via telephone, email and video conferencing - with both internal and external customers
- Ability to follow procedures and work to deadlines
- Minimum Grade C in GCSE maths
- Preferred Studying towards AAT or willingness to undertake
- Previous experience in accounts or finance roles
- Experience dealing with customer disputes and working towards a resolution

Work Details
Full time at our offices in Northwich (CW9 7LN) - 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
