What you'll be doing:

  • Managing relationships with compliance service providers, including monitoring performance against agreed SLAs.
  • Undertaking regular performance review meetings with external providers and resolving issues professionally.
  • Ensuring statutory Health & Safety requirements are met across relevant modules, including Fire Risk Assessments, Water Risk Assessments, EICRs, LOLERs and Fire Safety Regulations (England) 2022.
  • Supporting and guiding Compliance Officers to ensure compliance instructions are raised and completed within required timescales.
  • Assessing and responding to compliance-related enquiries from colleagues, customers and third parties.
  • Monitoring and managing hazards arising from asset testing reports, escalating and reporting risks as required.
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly board reports, providing data insights and commentary.
  • Carrying out audits and data ‘dip checks' to identify irregularities and support resolution.
  • Deputising for the Compliance Manager when required, including delegating tasks and supporting team development.

What we're looking for:

Desirable:
  • Experience in property management or residential block management.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting colleague development.
