The Programme
Our 18-month Residential Property Management Apprenticeship Programme is designed to prepare you for a successful career in the property management industry. You will study towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Housing & Property Management, gaining valuable work experience through our job rotation scheme which will provide you with knowledge across different business areas within RMG. This programme offers a unique opportunity to earn while you learn, with the potential to progress to a master's degree in Property & Investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend all training sessions, workshops, and reviews with the training provider.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout each rotation.
- Continuously seek ways to improve current processes and share ideas.
- Collaborate with colleagues, keeping the customer at the centre of all activities.
- Actively participate in team activities, contributing ideas and supporting colleagues.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
- Assist with careers events to share your experiences as an apprentice.
