We're now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in driving the continued expansion of our business. More about your role

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, securing, and converting new business opportunities across your designated region, helping to drive sustainable growth and strengthen RMG's market position. You'll work closely with developers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to build and maintain relationships that generate future business opportunities. You'll join the New Business Support Team, oversee tender submissions, and represent RMG professionally throughout the sales and client engagement process. Working collaboratively across multiple regions, you'll proactively identify opportunities, promote the RMG brand, and deliver against challenging business growth targets. This role offers significant autonomy and variety, combining strategic business development with relationship management, tendering, commercial awareness, and leadership responsibilities.

More about you

We're looking for an experienced business development professional with a strong background within the residential property management, housing, leasehold, or related sectors. You will be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams through to senior decision-makers, and will have a track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will also demonstrate:

  • Experience within a Business Development role within the property management sector, with substantial industry knowledge and understanding.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience producing high-quality tender submissions and presentations.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on achieving business growth targets.
