Residential Management Group (RMG), a market-leading Property Management Company, is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support the delivery of an excellent property management service across a residential portfolio. In this varied role, you'll provide key administrative and coordination support to our wider regional teams, helping to ensure our customers receive a consistently high standard of service.
You will be based at our head office in Hoddesdon (EN11 0DR).
- Client care and liaison, ensuring calls and emails are handled professionally and efficiently, and queries are resolved wherever possible.
- Supporting coordination between accounts and property services teams to help deliver service commitments.
- Helping with core operational tasks such as site take-ons (preparing transition checklists), key issuance, urgent purchase orders, regional reporting, and other ad-hoc projects as agreed.
- You'll take pride in delivering a high-quality service and supporting a fast-paced regional team.
- Exposure to property management or familiarity with TPI standards.
27 days holiday plus all bank holidays.
